Seamless Integration

The new brochure and window card functionality is built right into the property record page. This means once you finish a design, you can save it to the property file, update your portals, or download it with a single click.

Design with Flexibility

Our template options allow you to easily create professional-looking brochures by customising them to fit your brand. Choose from a variety of layouts and then add your own content, such as your company logo and pre-saved disclaimers. You can also edit text directly on the page and adjust how images fit to ensure every detail of your brochure is perfect.

Make Price Changes Instantly

Making a price change is a breeze! You can now easily edit the price of a property directly in the existing brochure. If the property has been sold, you can also add a "subject to contract" sticker and save it without having to start over.
