We get your data
First, we'll need a copy of your data from your current software.
You'll typically get this by contacting your current provider's support team. This copy will contain all of your agency's information, including documents and images. We'll schedule this right before your switch-over day, so any new information you add to your old system won't be missed. You can keep working as usual while we prepare.
We get it ready
Once we have your data, our team uses a smart tool called Tyrion to get it ready for Loop. Tyrion automatically cleans up your data, fixes any issues, and gets it into the right format for a smooth transfer. This process is super fast, your data will be in your new system and ready to go in just a day or two.
You go live
After the data is loaded, your project manager does a final check to make sure everything is perfect. We'll compare the new data to the old, run tests, and fix any tiny issues. This guarantees everything is accurate and reliable before your training begins and you officially start using Loop.
